How we use it

To run the marketplace: matching requirements with artists, enabling communication, processing bookings and payments, preventing fraud and improving the product.

Contact visibility

Your phone number and email are never shown publicly. Artists control what customers can see. Contact details are shared only when both sides are engaged in an enquiry or booking, or when you choose to share them.

Your choices

You can edit or delete profile information from your dashboard and control notification preferences. To delete your account, contact support.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions are server-side and verification documents are stored privately with access control.
