Terms of Service

1. The platform

LocalKalakar is a marketplace that connects customers and event organizers with independent artists and creative professionals. Artists are independent service providers; LocalKalakar is not a party to the service agreement between a customer and an artist unless explicitly stated.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Bookings and payments

Quotes, bookings, advances, cancellations and refunds follow the policy shown on each quote and booking. Platform fees, where applicable, are disclosed before payment.

4. Content

You retain rights to content you upload and grant LocalKalakar a licence to display it on the platform. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

5. Conduct

No fraud, harassment, spam, misleading information or attempts to bypass the platform for bookings that originated here.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
