Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer cancellations

• More than 15 days before the event: full refund of the advance.
• 7 to 15 days before the event: 50% of the advance is refunded.
• Less than 7 days before the event: the advance is non-refundable.

Individual quotes may specify different terms; the terms on the accepted quote apply.

Artist cancellations

If an artist cancels a confirmed booking, the customer receives a full refund of amounts paid through the platform, and the artist’s profile is reviewed.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
